This session will look at each team member's Human Design chart to understand their energy types, profiles, and authority. We will also look at individual strengths, weaknesses, and preferred working styles within this, identifying collaboration and communication styles too. This is the ideal session to foster deeper understanding of individuals within a team and get the most out of each unique set of skills.
